沉香籽基生物柴油燃烧动力性能的设计与研究 被引量:1

摘要 沉香籽油脂资源主要分布于我国的广东、云南、海南等省份,年产量在40万吨以上,且油酸成分占70%以上,理化品质优异,目前还没有科研人员对其所制备生物柴油的动力性能进行研究。本实验以0~#柴油作为对照,研究了B30沉香籽基生物柴油的燃烧动力性能。结果表明:同等条件下,B30烟度排放较0~#柴油减排5%左右,氮氧化合物最大减排5.5%,碳氢化合物最大减排29%,一氧化碳最大减排21.7%,同时燃料的输出功率和扭矩有了略微提升,一般提升1%~2%之间。综合考虑,沉香籽基生物柴油在发动机中实践应用具有深远的发展意义。 Aquilaria sinensis seed oil resources are mainly distributed in Guangdong, Yunnan, Hainan in China, annual output over 400 000 tons, which oleic acid content accounted for more than 70%, having excellent physical quality. So far there is no staff to study the dynamic properties of biodiesel, which preparated by seedoil. With 0# diesel oil as a control, we studied the combustion dynamic performance of B30 Aquilaria sinensis seed base biodiesel. The experimental results show that under the same conditions, B30 emissions compared with 0# diesel oil reduce about 5%, nitrogen oxides maximum reduce emissions by 5.5%, hydrocarbon maximum reduce emissions by 29%, carbon monoxide maximum reduce emissions 21.7%. At the same time, fuel output power and torque has a slight increase, generally increase between 1% and 2%. Comprehensive consideration, biodiesel of Aquilaria sinensis seed used in engine has far-reaching development significance.
