摘要
文中以直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术为基础,FPGA为开发平台,单片机MSP430为控制器研究设计的超声波形合成器,可灵活选择信号波形,可调输出频率,可控信号脉冲数目,从而可适用于不同频率的超声探头及不同的检测对象,可有效增强超声探伤系统的适应性和灵活性。
In this paper,a digital controlled ultrasonic waveform synthesizer was designed based on the direct digital frequency synthesis( DDS) technology. And FPGA was treated as a development platform,the microcontroller MSP430 as the controller. The different types of waveform can be chosen flexibly,of which the frequency was adjustable. In addition,the number of pulse could be controlled. So that,such type of digital controlled ultrasonic waveform synthesizer can be applied to different frequencies of ultrasound probe and detection of different objects,which will effectively enhance the adaptability and flexibility of the ultrasonic flaw detection system.
