摘要 文中设计并实现了一个基于众包的聊天机器人系统。聊天机器人通过自然语言处理技术,实现了与人进行交流的人机对话。该聊天机器人,通过用户主动提供问题和答案的方式来丰富知识库,并对系统提供的答案进行反馈,优化聊天效果;此外,还能够通过论坛与其他用户进行交流。在聊天机器人中引入众包思想,有助于提高聊天机器人回答问题的质量。 This paper designed and implemented a chat robot based on the crowd-sourcing. Chat robot system is a through natural language processing technology peers exchange the man-machine dialogue intelligent system. The chat robot enriches the knowledge by actively providing the user with questions and answers,which provided by the feedback system,optimizes the chat effect; in addition,it can communicate other users through the foram. The introduction ol croud sourcing in the chat robot helps to improve the quality of answering questions.
