硅橡胶填充复合经编间隔织物的抗压缩疲劳性能 被引量:5

摘要 以表面层采用网眼结构的经编间隔织物为增强体,将两种组分的硅橡胶混合后填充到经编间隔织物的间隔层中,经固化后制成硅橡胶填充率不同的复合材料。利用万能材料试验机在不同压缩条件下分别连续反复压缩试样3 000次,并根据实验数据得到载荷和位移曲线图,对比分析不同填充率的复合材料在不同压缩条件下的抗压缩疲劳性能。实验结果表明,硅橡胶的填充率和压缩实验的压缩率对经编间隔织物的抗压疲劳性能有一定的影响。经编间隔织物本身具有较好的抗压缩疲劳性能,但载荷能力较差。经硅橡胶复合后,材料的载荷能力明显提高,变形量减少,缓弹性性能有所改善。 The warp knitted spacer fabric with mesh structure on the surface layer was used as the reinforcement,and the silicone rubber containing two components was filled into the space layer of the fabric to make compositions with different filling rates of silicone rubber.The universal material testing instrument was used to compress the samples3 000 times under different conditions separately.And the load and displacement curve charts were gained according to the experimental data.The compression fatigue resistance property of the composites with different filling rates were compared and analyzed under different compression conditions.Experimental results show that the filling rates of the silicone rubber and the compression rates have certain effect on compression fatigue resistance property of the fabric.The warp knitted spacer fabric has good compression and anti-fatigue performance,but its load capacity is poor.When silicone rubber is added,the load bearing ability of the material is obviously improved with less deformation,and the delayed elasticity of the material is also improved.
