试论班主任在高职院校“精准资助”中的角色定位

On the Role Definition of Head Teacher in “Precise Funding” of Higher Vocational Colleges

传统的资助育人管理模式以学校学生资助管理中心为统一领导,以辅导员为主要力量。院系辅导员管理幅度过宽,加上平时事务性工作繁忙,难以实现"精细化"管理,班主任恰好可以弥补这一缺陷。为此,班主任要找准角色定位,扮演好资助工作的落实者、资助效果的反馈者、资助个体的帮扶者、资助对象的教育引导者等四个角色,实现"精准资助"的良性循环。

Traditional funding for educational management model is finislied mainly by leadership of student financial assistance management center in the colleges. Because faculty counselor management range is too wide and busily engaged in normal times, it’s difficult to achieve “ refined” managemeteachers just can make up for tlie defects. To this end, the head teachers should identify the role position their parts as the implementers of funding work,the respondents of funding effects, the supporters of fundingindividuals,the educators and guiders of funding object, so as to forming a benign circle of ＂preecise funding＂.
