益肾清利活血法治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with the method of nourishing kidney and activating blood and promoting blood circulation

[目的]研究益肾清利活血法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。[方法]分别为治疗组32例,对照组32例,综合组30例。治疗组予益肾清利通络方口服,对照组予厄贝沙坦片口服,综合组予益肾清利通络方联合厄贝沙坦片。疗程为12周。观察治疗前后患者一般情况,测定治疗前后相关指标变化。[结果]治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为65.6%,综合组总有效率为90%。[结论]运用益肾清利通络方治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者,可以降低患者蛋白尿、血肌酐水平,进而保护肾功能。

[Objective] To study the clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with the method of nourishing kidney and activating blood and promoting blood circulation. [Methods] In the treatment group, 32 cases in the treatment group, 32 cases in the control group, 30 cases in the combined group. The treatment group was treated with the prescription of nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals. The control group was treated with oral Irbesartan tablets. Comprehensive group were treated with Yishen Tongluo decoction combined with Irbesartan tablets. The treatment course was 12 weeks to observe the general situation of patients before and after treatment, and to determine the changes of related indexes before and after treatment.[Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, the control group was 65.6%, the total effective rate was 90%. [Conclusion] The use of Yishen Tongluo decoction treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients with stage IV can be decreased in patients with urinary protein, serum creatinine level, and protecting renal function, and Western medicine irbesartan tablets combined with better curative effect.
