BH175F柴油机消声器实验及改进研究

Research on experiment and improvement of a muffler for the BH175F disel engine

摘要 对BH175F柴油机消声器进行了声压实验和烟度分析,结果发现该消声器的排气声压值较高,且该柴油机的尾气烟度较大。为此,基于对消声器理论和实验研究经验,对原消声器进行结构改进,以得到一种既具有较好消声效果,又拥有良好尾气净化效果的新型消声器。再对新型消声器进行实验,结果表明,新型消声器较原消声器的消声效果有所提高,排气尾气的烟度有所降低,达到了结构改进的目的,具有一定的工程意义。 Taking the BH175 F diesel engine muffler as the research object,the sound pressure test and smoke analysis were carried out.The result showed that the sound pressure of the muffler was higher,and the exhaust gas of the diesel engine was larger.To this end,based on the previous theory and experimental research experience of muffler,the structural of original muffler was improved to get a new muffler,which had a better silencing effect and a good tail gas purification effect.Then made experiment on the new muffler,the results showed that the silencing effect of the new muffler was higher than that of the original muffler,and the smoke degree of the new exhaust gas was reduced,which had reached the purpose of structural improvement and has certain engineering significance.
