摘要
作为青年教师,其教学和专业知识水平与药理学教学质量密切相关。从青年教师的个人知识结构体系、角色转变、教师的语言表达能力、教学方法、教学与科研的关系等方面论述了青年教师提高教学能力的方法与体会。
The teaching quality of pharmacology is closely related to young teachers’teaching and professional capability because they are the organizer and implementers of teaching.The article discusses the methods and experience of teaching for young teachers to improve their teaching ability based on their knowledge structure system,role transition,verbal expression,teaching methods,and relationships between teaching and scientific research.
