基于MATLAB GUI功能的产业发展调控可视化

摘要 实现基于资源环境承载力约束条件下的产业发展调控可视化将为环境规划管理者提供有效决策依据。本研究首先在水资源量、土地资源量(耕地面积、建设用地面积)、污染物环境容量(COD、NH_4-N、SO_2、NO_x)、粮食产量等约束条件下,分别建立了经济和人口最大化、资源环境利用参数(单位产值用水量、污染物排放量等)最优化为目标函数的规划模型,然后以MATLAB GUI功能为基础,实现了其可视化。最后,通过简单实例分析,验证了基于MATLAB GUI功能的产业发展调控可视化程序的适用性及正确性。 The visualization of industry development regulation would provide a basis for environmental planning to make effective decision under the carrying capacity of resources and environment. In this study, firstly, the plan-ning models with the maximum total output value of population and economy were built up. Some parameters of con-sumption of resources and environment ( e. g. the quantity of water consumption and pollutant discharge each add-ed -value of industrial output) have been determined under the constraint condition of water resources, land re-sources (plough, construction land, environmental capacity of pollutant (COD^ NH4 -N 、S02、NOx) and grain output. Then, the visual simulation was achieved using the function of MATLAB GUI. The visualization of industry development regulation based on the MATLAB GUI has been verified by a simple and practical example.
