The six main administrative programs of Trump＇s ＂America First＂ strategy attempts to build a stronger America. Meanwhile, they will lead to the re-balance of international political and economic situation and bring new chances to China. China should make use of American new policies in energy, diplomacy, econ-omy, foreign trade, military, security and so on, enhance the bilateral dialogue with USA, promote the economic globalization, and expand the development of Chinese economy.
