摘要
在充分考虑冷链品混装时安全要求的前提下,考虑同一品类的冷链品使用同一个蓄冷箱,实现不同品类的冷链品分装在同一配送车辆的不同温度的蓄冷箱中,并以此建立配送成本最小化的优化模型,给出改进后的遗传算法并进行求解,算例仿真结果显示:遗传算法能够对蓄冷式冷品多温共配的运行成本进行优化,为多温共配的最优路径选择提供参考。
Considering the safety of cold products, the same category of cold products uses a cold accumulation and insulation box, different cold products use different boxes with different temperature in a distribution vehicle. Then, a route optimization model with the objective of minimizing total distribution cost was established, and the genetic algorithm to optimize the MTJD was designed. The simulation result shows that the genetic algorithm can optimize the operation cost of the MTJD, which provide a useful reference for MTJD selecting the optimal path.
