摘要
工程教育认证对高校工科教师工程素质提出了新的要求,提高工科教师工程素质是我国社会发展、工程教育改革的必然方向。通过对某地方应用型本科高校工程教师工程素质进行问卷调查发现,该校工科教师学历普遍较高,但工程实践经验缺乏,工科教师工程素质达不到工程教育认证的要求。根据调查问卷反映出的问题,提出完善工科教师的招聘体系、培训制度、职称评定机制等方式来提高工科教师工程素质。
Teachers of engineering at colleges are subject to the new requirements of engineering education accreditation in terms of engineering ability, since improving their ability in this regard is an inevitable direction of social development and education innovation in China. The questionnaire concerning teachers’ engineering ability at a local technology college shows that their engineering ability cannot satisfy such requirements because they lack engineering practice and experience although they are generally well educated. To address this problem, this paper proposes to improve recruiting mechanism, personnel training system, and the mechanism for profes-sional title appraisal.
