摘要
针对工程应用型本科高校教师工程技术能力薄弱、高校政策缺失等问题,从"两大层面,九个方面"剖析了教师工程技术能力的现状和问题,提出以"科学规划,构建体系,建章立制,打造品牌"的工作思路为指引,以"培养提升、考核评价、激励促进"为重点构建教师工程技术能力培养体系。
There are some problems with engineering applied colleges, for example, teachers’ insufficient engineering skills, and colleges’ lack of relevant policies. To address such problems, this paper studies the current situation and problems of teachers, engi-neering skills from two layers and nine aspects. Moreover, a system for training teachers’ engineering skills is proposed, which is di-rected by a principle-“planning scientifically, building a system, making rules and regulations, producing models”. The system fo-cuses its attention on 44training and improving, assessing and evaluating, encouraging and promoting”.
