二元矩形喷管排气系统红外辐射特性 被引量:2

摘要 排气系统是飞行器最为主要的红外辐射源,而喷管的形状类型在很大程度上影响着排气系统红外辐射强度的大小及分布。文章建立了二元矩形喷管的三维模型,并在此基础上运用ANSYS软件模拟其排气系统的温度场分布,结合C-G谱带法对其尾流的光谱辐射亮度进行了计算,最后得到了二元矩形喷管排气系统在不同平面上的红外辐射强度分布。结果表明:二元矩形喷管外尾流在宽边探测面上的红外辐射强度要远大于窄边探测面上的;二元矩形喷管高温壁面在宽边探测面上的红外辐射强度要小于窄边探测面上的;二元矩形喷管排气系统在宽边探测面上的红外辐射强度要小于窄边探测面上的。 Exhaust system is the most important infrared radiation source of the aircraft and the shape of the nozzle affects the infrared radiation characteristics of exhaust system.The 3D model of binary rectangle nozzle was built,and the temperature field distribution of exhaust system was simulated by ANSYS software.And then,spectral radiance of the plume was calculated by the single band C-G approximation method.Finally,the infrared radiation intensity distribution of the exhaust system with binary rectangle nozzle in different planes was obtained.The results show the infrared radiation intensity of the plume in wide side detection surface is far greater than that in the narrow side detection surface;the infrared radiation intensity of the nozzle wall in wide side detection surface is smaller than that in the narrow side detection surface;the infrared radiation intensity of the exhaust system in wide side detection surface is smaller than that in the narrow side detection surface.
