循环肿瘤细胞在卵巢癌中的作用

The roles of circulating tumor cells in ovarian cancer

循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)是指从肿瘤的原发灶或转移灶释放到循环系统的肿瘤细胞.CTCs在很多恶性肿瘤中都有研究,但CTCs在卵巢癌中的研究极少受到关注.以前认为卵巢癌的主要转移方式是经腹膜直接转移,只有1/3病人会发生沿血道的远处转移,因此外周血中的CTCs数量不多.最近研究表明血液播散在卵巢癌的转移中有重要作用,并且血液中CTCs与病人预后相关.而CTCs在卵巢癌中预后诊断价值依赖于CTCs的分离和检测方法.本研究就卵巢癌外周血循环肿瘤细胞的分离、检测方法、CTCs的鉴定分子和临床应用作一综述.

Circulating tumor cells（CTCs） are those that are shed from primary or metastasis tumors into the circulatory system. CTCs have been extensively found in malignant tumors. However,studies of CTCs research in ovarian cancer（OC） were not paid enough attentions. Since the primary route of metastasis in OC is considered to include peritoneal spread and distant hematogenous metastases,which occur in only one third of the patients,it was believed＇ that there may be a few circulating tumor cells in the peripheral blood. However,recent studies showed that hematogenous metastases played important role in metastases of ovarian cancer and the CTCs status is significantly associated with prognostics. This prognostic value of CTCs seems to be dependent on the use of isolation and detection methods. The present review introduced the available detection methods,and use of the CTCs biomarkers,and their clinical applications for ovarian cancer.
