摘要
以页岩煤矸石等质量取代天然石子作为粗骨料制备煤矸石混凝土,测试了煤矸石混凝土的工作性能及力学性能,研究了页岩煤矸石混凝土抗冻性、电通量及干燥收缩等耐久性因素。结果表明:随着页岩煤矸石掺量的增加,混凝土的工作性能逐渐略有降低,抗压强度逐渐增大;混凝土耐久性略有降低,但能满足要求;页岩煤矸石作为混凝土粗骨料制备混凝土切实可行。
Replace coarse with the same amount of shale gangue to prepare shale gangue concrete. The mechanical properties of shale gangue concrete were tested, the durability, such as frost resistance, electric flux and drying shrinkage of shale gangue concrete were also investigated in this paper. The results show that the workability decreases slightly and the compressive strength is effectively improved with the increasing of shale gangue coarse aggregate content. Even with the slight performance hit, the durability can meet the requirements. Finally,preparing concrete using shale gangue is feasible.
