摘要 2016年,印美两国就签署《后勤保障协议》达成一致,从而克服了制约两国技术交流及防务产品采购中的一大难题。莫迪执政以来,印美在妨碍双方安全合作的诸多问题和领域取得一系列突破,使得两国安全关系更加紧密。有鉴于此,本文尝试从两国在后勤保障协议上的博弈和突破入手,透视两国安全合作上已经取得的进展,分析未来安全合作的前景及面临的制约。 India and the United States reached agreement on logistics support agreement in 2016. The two countries in fact made a series of breakthroughs in security cooperation since Modi was elected into office. This paper attempted toanalyze considerations of the two countries on logistics support agreement in order to survey the progress of Indo-US security cooperation so as to offer a better understanding on the prospect of such a security cooperation and its constraints.
