肝移植治疗肝脏上皮样血管内皮瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 肝脏上皮样血管内皮瘤（hepaticepithelioidhemangioendothelioma,HEHE）是-种少见的间叶细胞来源的肿瘤,发病率约为0.1/10万[1],在1984年由Ishak等人最先报道.目前国内对该病患者行肝移植的报道相对较少[23],由于其临床症状和体征表现各异,治疗方案迄今未达成共识.我院器官移植研究所在2015年3月19日对1例肝上皮样血管内皮瘤患者成功实施了原位肝移植手术,现报道如下.
