饲喂水平对多浪羊主要营养物质消化代谢的影响

Effect of different feeding levels on the main nutrients of Duolang sheep

研究了不同饲喂水平对多浪羊主要营养物质的消化代谢规律。将15只多浪羊随机分为3组,按自由采食(AL组)、自由采食量的70%(IR70组)和自由采食量的40%(IR40组)三个水平饲喂,通过消化代谢试验测定干物质、有机物质、能量和蛋白质的消化代谢规律。结果显示,干物质和有机物质的采食量、排出量、消化量三组间差异显著(P<0.05);干物质、有机物质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和氮的表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05);总能、粪能、甲烷气体能、消化能、代谢能等指标差异显著(P<0.05)。结果提示,多浪羊对偏粗料型日粮的消化能力较强;饲喂水平对多浪羊主要营养物质的消化代谢影响程度有限,但存在饲喂量越少消化率和代谢率升高的趋势。

The effect of different levels of feed intake on digestibility of main nutrients of Duolang sheep was studied.15 Duolangsheep were assigned to 3levels of dry matter intake：ad libitum（AL）,restricted to 70%（IR70）and 40%（IR40）of the ad libitum intake.Digestibility trial was conducted to determine the metabolic pattern of DM,OM,protein and energy.The results showed that feed intake,excretion,digestive capacity of dry matter and organic material had significant differences（P 0.05）;apparent digestibility of dry matter,organic matter,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and nitrogen showed no significant difference among the three groups（P〉0.05）;gross energy,fecal energy,methane gas,digestion energy and metabolism energy had significant difference（P〈0.05）.The results indicated that the Duolang sheep had a stronger digestive ability for the diet with more roughage.Feeding levels only had limited impact on the main nutrients of Duolang sheep.A trend was existed that digestibility and metabolic rate increased with the feeding amounts decreasing.
