摘要
本文针对国内汽车点在项目管理理论欠缺这一问题,提出了适合OEM汽车电子项目的项目管理方法。在实际管理方案层面,首先从项目管理各要素出发论述了汽车电子产业的特点和开发步骤,最后在范围管理,日程规划管理,沟通管理,团队管理,风险管理五个方面结合汽车电子行业特点总结出OEM汽车电子项目管理改进方案。
Aiming at the problem of the lack of project management theory in the domestic car points , this paper put forward the project management method suitable for OEM automotive electronic project. In the actual management level, firstly , from the elements of project management, to discus the characteristics and development process of automotive electronics industry , and finally to sum up OEM automotive electronics project management improvement program combined with the automobile electronic industry characteristics and from five aspects of scope management, schedule management, communication management, team management, risk management.
