随着我国经济的飞速发展,房屋建筑行业也迎来了蓬勃的发展机遇,建筑施工企业在日益激烈的市场竞争环境中,想要获得更大的利润、保持市场占有率,就必须要重视项目成本控制。建筑施工企业只有科学地进行成本管理和优化控制,才能达到"缩短工期、降低消耗、减少费用、以至提高经济效益"的目的。本文详细论述了房建项目成本控制原则、方法、过程并结合工程案例论述了成本优化控制效果,以供参考。
