摘要
有效快速地识别出项目风险对民机项目研制意义重大。本文选用WBS-RBS法,以量化的形式生成项目风险识别矩阵,通过对民机项目研制的RBS与WBS进行耦合分析,对民机项目研制风险进行识别,以期全面、有效地掌控民机项目研制风险。
To efficiently identify the project risk has a great significance to civil aircraft project development.This paper uses WBS-RBS method to build the project risk identification matrix in the form of quantification,and by the coupling analysis of RBS and WBS developed by the civil aircraft project,makes a project risk identification,in order to fully and effectively control the aircraft project development risk.
