摘要
人才成为了当前新能源产业发展最为紧缺的资源,目前新能源行业人才开发存在一些问题,健全和完善新能源高素质人才的开发,是当前新能源行业人才资源开发战略的重要任务。本文就新能源人才开发过程中的培养、引进和使用三个方面存在的问题提出建设性的对策。
The talent has become the current shortage of resources for the development of new energy industry.The new energy industry talent development has some problems,so to improve and perfect the development of new energy and high-quality talents,is an important task in the new energy industry human resource development strategy.This paper will put forward constructive countermeasures for the problems existing in the training,introduction and the use in the process of new energy talents development.
