摘要
随着国际输变电工程总承包项目物资管理在整个工程项目中的作用越来越明显,本文从输变电工程总承包项目中物资管理的特点入手,就现场物资管理在计划、进度、质量、仓储、消缺等方面的工作进行探讨,希望通过进一步控制采购成本、建立健全救灾物资管理制度等方法,在保障工程质量的前提下,降低店里企业的生产成本。
With the international power transmission general contracting project material management playing a more and more obvious role in the whole project,this paper from its characteristics discusses some aspects about on-site material management such as plan,schedule,quality,storage,eliminating defects,and hopes to further control the cost of procurement,establish and improve the relief supplies management system,so as to reduce the production costs in the premise of ensuring engineering quality.
