基于桥梁预应力张拉施工工艺的质量控制研究

Study on the Quality Control of the Construction Technology of Bridge Prestressed Tensioning

随着我国预应力桥梁建设的迅速发展,施工质量控制显得尤为重要,而其中预应力张拉质量则是所有工序中的重中之重,直接影响到桥梁的安全性能和使用寿命。本文从预应力张拉过程中可能造成桥梁不安全的因素分析,继而针对这些因素提出相应的解决措施,为同类桥梁减少或消除预应力张拉施工质量隐患提供一定的借鉴。

With the rapid construction development of the prestressed bridge in China,construction quality control is becoming more and more important.Among them,the quality of prestressed stretching is the most important in all the processes,which directly affects the safety and service life of the bridge.In this paper,the unsafe factors for the bridge are analyzed.Then the corresponding solutions to these factors are put forward to provide some reference for the similar bridge to reduce or eliminate the hidden danger of prestressed stretching construction.
