毛细管气相色谱法测定聚氨酯涂料中的游离甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)

Determination of Toluene Diisocyanate(TDI) in Polyurethane Coatings by Capillary Gas Chromatography

采用毛细管气相色谱法测定聚氨酯涂料中的甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)。通过优化,得到最佳测定参数为汽化温度:150℃、柱温:150℃、分流比40:1。在此条件下进行了三种不同浓度水平的回收率测定和精密度试验,加标回收率在94.67%~109.20%之间,相对标准偏差在2.54%~6.43%之间。

Toluene diisocyanate（TDI） in polyurethane coatings was detected by capillary gas chromatography.The optimum separation conditions were measured as followed：the vaporization and the column temperature was 150℃,the split ratio was 40：1.The recovery and precision were also measured with three different concentration levels.The recovery rate and the RSD were found in the range of 94.67%-109.20% and 2.54%-6.43% respectively under the optimum separation conditions.
