首先明确了自动检测设备的定义和软件实现方法,而后根据出现时间顺序和功能复杂程度,划分为四个发展阶段,通过对比分析各阶段的特点和不足,并结合当前设备实际检测要求,对未来自动检测设备的发展趋势进行了预测和展望。

First the definition of automatic test equipment and software implementation method was cleared,and then according to the time sequence and functional complexity,the development of ATE was divided into four stages,thus the characteristics and disadvantages of each stage are compared,finally the current equipment automatic test equipment for the future development trend could be forecasted and prospected by combining with actual test requirements.
