摘要
我国作为全球最大的二氧化碳排放国家,面对着国际社会巨大的减排压力。本文基于温室气体排放总量的概念,探讨了温室气体排放总量控制目标的类别,分别为"绝对量下降或增幅限制目标"、"相比BAU情景下降目标"以及"峰值目标"。通过对现有温室气体排放总量测算方法的研究,总结了我国在温室气体排放总量预测研究方面采用的典型模型,并提出了一种基于温室气体清单的碳排放总量预测模型。
China is the world's largest carbon dioxide emission country,facing the enormous pressure of the international community to reduce emissions.Based on the concept of total GHG emissions,this paper discusses the categories of GHG emission control targets,namely,"absolute amount reduction or increase limit target","reduction compared to BAU scenario " and "peak target".Based on the study of the total GHG emission measurement method,the typical model of GHG emission forecast in China is summarized,and a forecast model of total carbon emission based on greenhouse gas inventory is proposed.
