As an important work in the process of enterprise project management, engineering cost control runs throughout the overall process of it. The effect of engineering cost control can make a direct influence to overall project＇s economic benefit. In order to provide a theory reference for project management and engineering cost control in future, the paper makes a detail analysis on engineering cost control under the perspective of enterprise project management, which is beginning with the requirements of enterprise project management implementation.
