Exploring into Ways to Build the Intrinsic Safety of Safety Production of Grassroots Road Maintenance Units

本文通过对安全生产的本质安全涵义的阐述,结合基层公路养护单位安全生产存在的问题的分析,从明确安全生产目标、全面落实党委政府"党政同责、一岗双责、失职追责"、加强安全生产的意识、完善事业单位公路养护安全体系四个方面探讨了打造基层公路养护单位安全生产的本质安全的措施。

Based on the analysis of the connotation of intrinsic safety of safety production, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the safety production of grassroots road maintenance units, and discusses the measures to build the intrinsic safety of safe production of grassroots highway maintenance units from four aspects： making clear the safety production objectives, fully implementing the responsibility mechanism of Party committee and government, strengthening the awareness of safety production, and improving the public security system of highway maintenance.
