文物建筑居住者的保护义务与古建筑开发之间的矛盾研究——以安徽省西递宏村为例

A Study on the Contradiction between the Protection Obligation of Residents in Cultural Relics and the Development of Ancient Architecture: Case Study of Xidi & Hongcun of Anhui Province

古村落是当今社会非常关注的一个话题,但由于历史发展等各方面的原因,现存的古村落都多多少少受到了破坏或者是改变。以西递宏村为代表的皖南古村落,具有强烈的徽州文化特色。宏村的开发带动了当地旅游业的快速发展,促进了当地居民收入的增长,却一味地重视经济而忽略了人文传承。如今的宏村充斥着满满的商业化气息,古村落沦落为一种商业的布景,"千村一面"的现象使得文化载体的古村落呈现出没文化的一面。另一方面,过量游客的涌入超出了宏村的环境承载力,使得可持续发展面临严重挑战。文物建筑保护问题不容回避。

Ancient villages are a topic of great concern in today＇s society, but due to historical development and other reasons, the existing villages are more or less damaged or changed. The South Anhui ancient villages, represented by Xidi Hongcun, have strong Huizhou cultural characteristics. The development of Hongcun led to the rapid development of local tourism, and promoted the growth of local residents＇ income. But in the economic development, the cultural heritage has been ignored. Today, Hongcun is full of commercial atmosphere, the ancient village reduced to a commercial set, and most ancient villages look similar, which cannot reflect the unique culture of the village. On the other hand, the influx of excessive tourists has exceeded the environmental carrying capacity of Hongcun, making sustainable development facing serious challenges. The protection of cultural relics can not be avoided.
