摘要
近年来,高层建筑火灾频发,为提高疏散效率,减少人员伤亡,提出了一种高层火灾楼梯、电梯协同疏散策略。该疏散策略中,电梯根据到达目标楼层满载关门后该层及以上楼层是否还有待疏散人员来判断是否停靠该层,疏散过程中,最理想的情况就是从楼梯中下来的最后一个人与从电梯中下来的最后一个人同时到达出口处。然后,据此建立了疏散时间计算模型,利用实例进行计算分析,得到最短所需安全疏散时间。
In recent years, high-rise building fire occurs frequently. In order to improve the evacuation efficiency and reduce the casualties, this paper puts forward a kind of staircase and elevator coordinated evacuation strategy in the high-rise building fire. In this evacuation strategy, the elevator determines whether to stop at the floor according to the floor and above the floor whether is still to be evacuated personnel after reaching the target floor full load and closing the door, the ideal situation is down from the stairs in the last one and down from the elevator in the last one to reach the exit at the same time. Then, the calculation model of evacuation time is established,and the shortest required safe evacuation time is obtained by using the example.
