摘要
等离子体是一种高能量的物质聚集态,技术发展拓展了在农作物上的应用。探讨等离子种子处理技术,开展数字化等离子种子处理机研究开发;利用CATIA软件系统进行了等离子种子处理机数字模型的构建,以产品全生命周期的相关数据为基础,对整个生产过程进行仿真、数字化生产线的产能评估和厂区规划进行了评估和优化。该技术和数字化装备具有一定产业化推广应用前景。
Plasma technology has been widely used in various fields. Plasma is a kind of material with high energy, and its application has been expanded. The research of plasma seed treatment technology and the development of digital plasma seed processor are studied.The digital model of plasma seed processor is constructed by CATIA software system. Based on the data of the whole life cycle of the product, the whole production process is simulated, and the production capacity evaluation and the plant planning of the digital production line are evaluated and optimized. The technology and digital equipment have certain industrial application prospect.
