事业单位文化和党政工作的对象是人,通过事业单位文化、党政工作能够引导人的价值取向,提高工作人员的思想觉悟,进而调动其在生产工作当中的积极性、主动性和创造性。具备有更高的素质的事业单位劳动者能够适应市场经济发展需求,推动事业单位经济利益的实现,促进事业单位的快速发展。文章以天津静海区医院为例分析文化、党政工作经济价值的实现路径。
