摘要
分析了哈尔滨高层住宅户型的发展历程,探讨了各个时期高层住宅的设计方法,归纳了板式、塔式、板塔结合式三种高层住宅平面的特点,提出了哈尔滨高层住宅的未来发展方向。
This paper analyzed the development course of high-rise residential apartment layout in Harbin, discussed the design method of high- rise residential in each period, summed up the characteristics of plate type, tower type, plate combining with tower three kinds of high-rise resi-dential plane, put forward the future development direction of high-rise residential in Harbin.
