From the traffic organization, service facilities, and environment landscape, the paper introduces the general planning scheme for Tianweijiayuan complex in Hefei city, illustrates the design means for the residential space, facade, styles and energy- saving, so as to create the convenient, functional and impressive living environment for residents.
