针对目前国内开放式小区停车空间的利用现状,从资源配置、空间改造、资源共享系统、立体停车等方面,提出了开放式小区停车空间的改造方法,指出停车空间作为开放式小区静态交通组织的重要一环,在停车空间的设计中需要认真对待。

According to the utilization present situation of current domestic open area parking space, from the resource allocation, space transfor-mation ,resource sharing system, parking and other aspects, puts forward improvement method of open residential parking spaces, three-dimen-sional parking and other aspects, put forward the improvement method of open area parking space, pointed out that the parking space as the im- portant part of open area static transportation organization, need to be taken seriously in parking space design.
