摘要
结合长沙市轨道交通5号线湘龙路站工程实例,分析了可能造成钻孔灌注桩桩顶标高偏差的因素,并从钢筋笼吊筋长度、钢护筒沉降、吊筋支撑、钢筋笼上浮和分节吊装五方面,阐述了桩顶标高控制措施,使钻孔灌注桩标高符合设计要求。
Combining with Xianglong road station engineering example of Changsha rail transit line No. 5,the paper analyzes factors leading to bored pile top elevation deviation. Starting from five aspects of steel cage lifting length,steel silo subsidence,steel reinforcement hoisting bearing,steel cage floating and sub-segment hoisting,it describes pile top elevation control measures,so as to make the bored pile elevation meet design demands.
