摘要
结合大学生创业现状,分析了影响大学生创业的因素,并从开设创业课程、选拔高水平教师、培养大学生创业能力等方面,探讨了提升土木工程专业大学生创业素养的有效措施,以适应社会发展的需要。
Combining with the job hunting of college students, the paper analyzes the factors affecting the students5 employment, and explores the effective measures for promoting the startup capacity of the students majored in civil engineering b y opening courses for startup capability, se-lection of high-rank teachers, and forstering their startup ability, soas to meet the demands of the society.
