Taking the No. 2 Line project of some urban rail traffic as the example, the paper analyzes the completion of the engineering progress of the main project of the station, and sums up the progress management experience of the project from the phases, differentiated management, monitoring over weak steps, and management of the progress chain, so as to provide some reference for the research.
