Hazard Evaluation of Hydrofluoric Acid Alkylation Fractionation System Hazard Evaluation

采用爆炸危险指数评价法(DOW法)对氢氟酸烷基化分馏系统中产生的副产品丙烷、丁烷进行了评价,建立了火灾、爆炸危险性评价模型.评价结果显示,副产品丙烷和丁烷为中等危险等级.结合实际情况,制定相应的防护措施后,其危险等级降为较轻等级,为火灾、爆炸场所进行危险性评价提供依据.

In this paper,the explosion hazard index（ DOW） method was used to evaluate the byproduct propane and butane in the hydrofluoric acid alkylation fractionation system. The results showed that the by-products of propane and butane were moderately dangerous. Combined with the actual situation,after the corresponding protective measures are formulated,the danger level is reduced to a lighter grade,which provides the basis for the risk assessment of fire and explosion.
