摘要
换热器不同位置处的表面裂纹是影响换热器安全工作的重要因素,可以采用涡流技术来检测,检测中需要设计不同形式的探头.探头中线圈匝数是一个关键参数,可以通过灰色系统理论来预测线圈匝数对检测信号的影响.实验证明,此方法在一定精度范围内满足要求,从而为换热器涡流检测技术的提升打下一定基础.
Surface crack in the heat exchanger different locations is an important factor affecting the heat exchanger safe operation,the eddy current technology can detect,different types of probes need to be designed in detecting.Probe turns is a critical parameter,the gray system theory can predict the impact of the number of turns of the detection signal. Experiments show that this method meet the requirements in a certain range of accuracy,so as to lay a foundation to enhance heat exchangers eddy current testing technology.
