手厥阴经电刺激治疗脑性昏迷疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of electrostimulation in the Pericardium Channel of Hand Jueyin on cerebral coma

目的观察手厥阴经电刺激治疗脑性昏迷的临床疗效。方法将62例脑性昏迷患者随机分为观察组和对照组。2组均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予手厥阴经电刺激治疗,2组均以1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察2组患者昏迷程度、脑功能障碍、意识苏醒状况以及椎-基底动脉血流情况,并评估2组治疗后意识苏醒总疗效。结果2组治疗后GCS和EEG评分均显著升高(P均<0.05),DRS评分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组各项评分改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组治疗后意识苏醒总疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗1个月和3个月的苏醒率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),且苏醒时间均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后,2组BA、RVA及LVA血流速度均显著升高(P均<0.05),且观察组血流速度均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论手厥阴经电刺激治疗脑性昏迷,可有效提高患者脑部血流量,改善脑部病理生理状态,缓解患者昏迷程度和脑功能障碍,对于促进患者的苏醒具有积极的作用。

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of electrical stimulation in the Pericardium Channel of Hand Jueyin on cerebral coma.Methods 62 cases of patients with cerebral coma were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,additionally the observation group was given electrical stimulation in the Pericardium Channel of Hand Jueyin.One month as one treatment course,and both groups were treated for 3courses.The degree of coma,brain dysfunction,awakening consciousness and vertebral-basilar artery blood flow were observed in both groups,and the total curative effect of consciousness awakening were evaluated in both groups after treatment.Results After treatment the scores of GCS and EEG were significantly increased while scores of DRS were significantly decreased in both groups（P〈0.05）,and the improvements of these scores in observation group were significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; The total curative effect of consciousness awakening in observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment for 1 month and 3 months the awakening rates were significantly higher and awakening time were significantly shorter in observation group than that in control group（P〈0.05）; After treatment,BA,RVA and LVA blood flow velocity were significantly increased in both groups（P〈0.05）,and the blood flow velocity in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electrical stimulation in the Pericardium Channel of Hand Jueyin can effectively improve the flow of blood in brain,improve brain pathology physiology,relieve patients＇ coma degree and brain dysfunction in the treatment of cerebral coma,and has good effect on promotion of awakening of the patients.
