摘要
采用乙酸乙酯提取水样中己烯雌酚残留,经BSTFA/TMCS衍生化后,用GC-MS/MS测定,通过优化试验条件,使该方法在0.05 mg/L^1.00 mg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为146 ng/L。实际水样2个质量浓度水平的加标回收率为90.8%和91.9%,5次测定结果的RSD分别为2.2%和2.1%。
A method has been established for determination of diethylstilbestrol （ DES） in water by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （GC-MS/MS）. The samples were extracted by ethyl acetate, subse-quently derived with BSTFA/TMCS reagent. The optimized method showed good linearity with the concentration ranged in 0. 05 mg/L and 1.00 mg/L, the detection limit（LOD） was 146 ng/L. The spiked recoveries of 2 con-centration level were 90. 8% and 91.9% , respectively, and the RSD of 5 reduplicative determination were 2.2% and 2. 1% Respectively.
