不同对外开放水平下服务业集聚的经济增长效应差异

The Difference of Service Industry Agglomeration on Regional Economic Growth in Different Level of Opening to the Outside World

对外开放水平会对产业集聚、服务业集聚的经济增长效应产生影响。我国对外开放水平总体上有很大提高,但各地差异仍较大,由此而产生的影响结果也不同。基于新经济地理学的相关理论,利用我国的省份面板数据,以对外开放水平作为门槛变量分析了我国服务业集聚对经济增长的影响作用。研究结果表明:在不同的对外开放水平下,当服务业集聚能够更好地利用对外开放所形成的有利条件时,会促进地区经济增长,反之则不利于地区经济增长。经济欠发达地区应提高对外开放水平以增强产业集聚对经济增长的促进作用,而发达地区则应更好地"消化吸收"高对外开放水平所带来的正外部影响,提升经济增长质量。

The level of opening to the outside world can influence the effect of service industry agglomer-ation on economic growth. If the level of opening is different, the effect will also be different. Based on the relevant theories of new economic geography, and by using the panel data of provinces in China, this paper an-alyzes the influence of service industry agglomeration on economic growth with the level of opening up as a threshold variable. The results show that at the different levels of opening to the outside world, when the serv-ice industry agglomeration can make better use of the favorable conditions from the opening to the outside world, it can promote regional economic growth better; but if not, it will restrain the regional economic growth. Therefore, the underdeveloped areas should increase the level of opening up to the outside world in or-der to encourage the promotion of industrial agglomeration to economic growth ; while the developed areas should be better digestion and ab so rp t io n o f the external influence derived from high level of opening to the outside world, so that the quality of economic growth will be further improved.
