摘要
为了落实省颁《课程计划》开齐开足课程的要求,缓解师资力量紧缺问题,广大教育工作者尝试采用了"走教"这一新型的教师任教模式。为了改进管理,使"走教"不"走样",确保教学质量,学校必须建立三个机制:建立以方便为原则的"流动机制",建立以激励为主导的"管理机制",建立以服务为前提的"保障机制"。
In order to implement The Provincial Curriculum Plan to meet the requirements of providing enough curriculums and easing the shortage of teachers,the majority of educators try to adopt the new type of 'Teacher Flow' teaching mode. To improve management to avoid the deviation of 'Teacher Flow' and to ensure teaching quality,schools must establish three mechanisms: convenience-oriented 'flow mechanism',incentive-oriented 'management mechanism' and service-oriented 'guarantee mechanism'.
