摘要
职业素养的养成和培养对高职学生的成长和发展极其重要。采用模糊数学的理论建立高职院校土木工程专业学生职业素养评价模型,利用最大隶属度法则对其处理,对学生的职业素养进行实证分析。通过公正、客观、科学的评价,引导学生在知识、素质、能力方面协调发展。
The formation and cultivation of professional quality is very important to the growth and development of vocational college students. This paper applied fuzzy mathematics theory to establish an evaluation model to access professional quality of civil engineering student from vocational colleges. Specifically, the empirical analysis was carried out by applying maximum membership degree principle on the professional quality of a group of engineering students from Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of communications. By providing the fair, objective and scientific evaluation, the paper aimed to guide and help the students to develop knowledge, professional quality, and ability in balance.
