摘要
利用了7个基础材料与农大高诱1号杂交所获得的玉米单倍体籽粒,通过不同浓度的氟乐灵(Trifluralin)和拿草特(Pronamide)两种除草剂对玉米单倍体籽粒浸泡,研究单倍体诱导系对不同基础群体的单倍体诱导影响以及除草剂对玉米单倍体籽粒加倍效应。两种除草剂溶液浸种处理后的玉米单倍体平均散粉率为19.81%,结实率为9.12%。其中拿草特(60μmol/L)处理后的玉米单倍体散粉率为33.00%、结实率最高为26.96%,优于氟乐灵(60μmol/L)对单倍体的处理。与自然加倍相比,这两种除草剂溶液均能明显提高单倍体加倍效率。拿草特(60μmol/L)对玉米单倍体籽粒采用浸种法时单倍体加倍效果最好。
In this study,haploid kernels were obtained by crossing seven basic materials and CAU1 and through soaking the haploid by different concentrations of trifluralin and pronamide,the two herbicides,the effect of haploid induction on haploid induction in different basic populations was studied and also the double effect of herbicides on maize haploid grain was researched.The results showed that average loose powder rate of maize haploid after soaking in two kinds of herbicide solution was 19.81% and its the seed setting rate was 9.12%.Among them,the haploid powder rate was 33.00%,its the seed setting rate was26.96% after pronamide(60μmol/L)treatment,the effect of which was better than that of the trifluralin(60μmol/L)treatment.These two kinds of herbicide solution can significantly improve the haploid doubling efficiency in comparison with the natural doubling.The pronamide(60μmol/L)had the best effects for doubling maize haploid by soaking seed method.
