基于平转浸出器传动轴的ANSYS的有限元分析

摘要 通过对平转浸出器传动轴进行ANSYS有限元分析,对其进行了强度校核,验证了传动轴工作状态的应力应变情况。从分析的结果可以确定传动轴的危险截面,可以看出传动轴主要受到齿轮径向力和减速机端扭矩的作用在危险截面处形成的过大应力,导致发生形变。结合有限元分析结果,对浸出器传动系统的结构进行了改进,改善了传动轴材料和生产工艺。 Based on the rotocel transmission shaft of ANSYS finiteelement analysis, this paper checks its strength, verifies the working state of the transmission shaft stress and strain. From the results of the analysis can determine the dangerous section of the driving shaft, we can see that the stress is mainly affected by the transmis-sion shaft gear reducer radial force and end the torque of the role in the formation of dangerous section, causing deformation. According to the results of finite element analysis, the structure of leaching drive system has been improved, to improve the production process and material transmission shaft.
