摘要
引入组织承诺的3个维度:情感承诺、持续承诺和规范承诺为中介变量,探讨高管团队(TMT)管理自主权对企业双元性创新战略的影响路径,构建结构方程模型,分析变量之间的作用机制。以中国科技型中小企业为研究对象,实证结果表明:TMT管理自主权对企业双元性创新战略有显著的正向影响;TMT管理自主权对情感承诺、持续承诺和规范承诺有显著的正向影响;情感承诺、持续承诺和规范承诺对双元性创新战略有显著的正向影响;情感承诺、持续承诺和规范承诺在TMT管理自主权与企业双元性创新战略的关系中起部分中介作用。
This paper takes three dimensions of organizational commitment:emotional commitment,continuance commitment and normative commitment as mediator variables,studies the influencing path of the top management team(TMT) managerial discretion on the dual innovation strategy of the enterprise,constructs structural equation modeling and analyses the mechanism of interaction between variables.Taking the small and medium sized enterprises in China as the research object,the empirical results show that the TMT managerial discretion have significant positive effects on the dual innovation strategy; TMT managerial discretion also have significant positive effects on emotional commitment,continuance commitment and normative commitment; emotional commitment,continuance commitment and normative commitment have significant positive effects on the dual innovation strategy.Emotional commitment,continuance commitment and normative commitment have partial mediating role between TMT managerial discretion and the dual innovation strategy.
